Trip to the Docks of La Libertad

Boats are hosted up from the sea to the dock; fish is immediately sold to the waiting cooks, families, secondary vendors. People are very exacting in which fish they wish. Men de-scale some fish, other mongers chop fish, gut fish and sort them in buckets. It appears to me that whole fish are selling for 50 to 75 cents a pound. 5 bucks gets you a big yellow fin.
